Bayern winger has his wings clipped

Sorry fellas, the door is apparently shut on a Franck Ribery transfer.
Ribery has been linked to Real Madrid, and Chelsea and Man UTD have been watching the 26 year old Bayern winger

Bayern's General Manager Uli Hoeness said: "He will certainly stay."We are not prepared to talk, not even for £60million or more."
Real Madrid had hoped that they would be adding Ribery to their collection of stars, including new boys Karim Benzema, Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo
Ribery wasn't happy at Bayern and there were reports of him missing training to force a move to the Bernabeu. But Hoeness has shot down those reports and said that Ribery had a genuine excuse for the absence.

He added: "If he is injured he is injured. Just like anybody else."
If a player wants to go, and he's only there to fill the squad sheet, then let him go and get some money from the deal. But if he's a star player and he's going about shit the wrong way, saying crap in the press, missing training sessions.......then this is what i would do. Say crap in the press, you miss a certain amount of games. You miss training, i'll go to your house and let my assistant take over the training session until i find you. You sign the contact, you get paid by the club, so you'll train and play when i want you to. It's as simple as that. If you don't want to play for a club, don't sign. I understand things happen within a contract period, but if the manager still wants you to play, he must have some respect for you.
How would you handle a situation like this?
