"if it moves, kick it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does"

Almunia is no Lion.

After spending 5 years in England, Arsenal goalkeeper Manuel Almunia can now be called up for England, and he has stated that he will be proud as anyone if England manager Fabio Capello gave him the thumbs up.
The 32-year-old stopper insists he would be as chuffed as a player born and bred in Bradford, Barnsley or Bermondsey to wear the Three Lions on his chest

He said: "It is almost impossible for me to be called up by Spain.
"But it would be an honour if the England coach counted on me."

So what Almunia is trying to say is that Casillas is too good to be knocked off the number one spot for Spain, but he thinks he's better than the likes of David James, Rob Green, Ben Foster, Scott Carson and Paul Robinson. I don't know about this one, i mean, you know you're getting on in years, you know you're no where near as good as your rival, so let's change nationality and that'll make it ok.
No it won't, if you know you're not as good, train harder.
